Arcmont is pleased to be attending IPEM Global 2026 in Paris from 8–10 September alongside Churchill and Nuveen.
Representing Arcmont will be Alice Cavalier, Partner & Co-Head of Capital Solutions; Arnaud Piens, Partner, Head of France; and Beata Kaminska, Head of French Speaking Europe, Business Development.
Alice will also speak on the panel, Private Debt: Stuck in the Muddle with You — Hybrid Capital’s Moment.
The discussion will examine the role of hybrid capital as exits remain limited, maturities approach and sponsors seek flexible funding options instead of selling strong assets at discounted valuations. It will consider where hybrid capital fits within debt and equity allocations, how coupons are structured and the scale of the opportunity.
The session takes place on 10 September, 12:20–13:00, in Summit Room 1.
We hope to see you in Paris. You can find the Arcmont team on Level 1, Hall Passy, Booth F128.
