Arcmont fielded an amazing effort from 14 runners and placed 40th out of all companies that ran (out of 650 companies!)
Internship Programme
Arcmont’s internship programme immerses students in the full spectrum of our business, from investment and legal to operations and investor relations. With close mentorship, interns gain meaningful insight into the world of private credit.
Netball
Arcmont Netball Club welcomes all across the firm for our bi-weekly training sessions.
Quiz Night
In October, we put our thinking caps on and united for an employee quiz night — an evening filled with brain-teasing trivia, plenty of laughs, and some spirited competition.
Macmillan coffee morning
Arcmont team hosted a Macmillan Cancer Support coffee morning in our London office. We are thrilled to share we raised a total of £890!
Wine & Cheese Club

St Giles Trust is a UK charity that helps people overcome poverty, exploitation, and crime by providing tailored support, mentoring, and pathways into housing, education, and employment.
How Arcmont help?
St Giles was proudly selected by Arcmont employees as our chosen charity partner. Team members can get involved through mentoring programmes, volunteering at St Giles pantries, and organising fundraising initiatives. Our support helps individuals access safe accommodation, education, and employment, receive tailored one-to-one guidance, and protects vulnerable children from criminal exploitation—making a meaningful impact where it’s needed most.
