Jon Reepen is a Principal at Arcmont Asset Management.
He previously held the position of Associate in BlueBay’s Private Debt group, where he worked from 2018. Prior to BlueBay, Jon worked in the Debt Advisory team at Rothschild in Frankfurt.
He holds a BA (Hons) in Economics from the University of Mannheim.
