He joined the team in May 2024, having previously worked as an Associate in Carlyle’s Liquid Credit team, investing in leveraged loans and high-yield bonds. Mads began his career at BNP Paribas in the Leveraged Finance team
He holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and is a CFA charterholder.
