Mario Dekov is an Associate in the DACH Investment Team at Arcmont Asset Management, having previously held the position of Analyst since joining the firm in 2025.
Prior to Arcmont, Mario worked as an Investment Analyst at Ares Management, where he started in 2024 in the DACH Direct Lending team.
Mario holds a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim. During his studies, Mario completed several internships at Ares Management, Ardian, Rothschild & Co, Kroll and PwC.
