Mario Dekov is an Analyst in the DACH Investment Team at Arcmont Asset Management, based in London.
Prior to Arcmont, Mario worked as an Investment Analyst at Ares Management, where he started in 2024 in the DACH Direct Lending team.
Mario holds a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim. During his studies, Mario completed several internships at Ares Management, Ardian, Rothschild & Co, Kroll and PwC.
