Talia Elsener is Head of Corporate Sustainability and Responsible Investing at Arcmont Asset Management, having previously held the position of Assistant Portfolio Manager in BlueBay’s Private Debt group where she worked from 2019.
Prior to BlueBay, Talia worked as a Fund Accountant at Saltgate Limited in London. Talia is a Chartered Accountant and holds a BA (Hons) in Accounting and Finance from the University of Exeter.
Talia has also obtained the CFA’s certificate in ESG investing and has completed the UNPRI’s Applied Responsible Investment course.
