Mads Have

Mads Have joined Arcmont Asset Management in May 2024 as an Associate with a focus on the Nordic region.

Previously, Mads worked as an Associate in Carlyle’s Liquid Credit team, investing in leveraged loans and high yield bonds. At Carlyle, Mads focused on the Healthcare and Business Services segments of the market. Mads started his career at BNP Paribas where he gained experience as an analyst in the Leveraged Finance team. At BNP Paribas, Mads helped structure and execute leveraged finance deals in a range of industries and across Europe.

Mads holds a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and is a CFA.
