Ralph van Daalen joined Arcmont Asset Management in July 2024 as Head of Business Development, Netherlands. He is based in the Amsterdam office.

Prior to working at Arcmont, Ralph spent more than 20 years in the Dutch institutional market. In 2003, he started as an actuary at Cordares (now a part of APG), after which he joined Watson Wyatt (now: Willis Towers Watson) as an investment consultant. In 2014 he joined F&C Investment Management (now: CTI) to lead their institutional sales efforts in the Netherlands. In 2017, he went to Robeco, in a similar role. For Robeco, he also sat on the board of its pension fund and was the chair of the investment committee of the same pension fund. In In 2020, he moved to NN Investment Partners (now: Goldman Sachs Asset Management), where he lead a team of 10+ investment specialists and where he was responsible for serving and expanding the Dutch fiduciary client base.

Ralph has a master’s degree in Business Economics from the University of Amsterdam. He is also a CFA Charterholder.
